Stephanie Dallocchio, PA-C

Stephanie Dallocchio is a dedicated Psychiatric Physician Assistant who provides compassionate, comprehensive mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical focus includes treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders, as well as guiding patients through major life transitions such as military service, career changes, and family adjustments.

Before devoting her career fully to psychiatry, Stephanie served 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, including in Cavalry and aviation medicine as a Flight PA. Her military experience gave her firsthand understanding of the complex mental health challenges faced by service members, veterans, and their families—a perspective she integrates deeply into her clinical practice today.

Stephanie takes a holistic approach to mental health care, combining evidence-based medication management with lifestyle interventions, collaboration with therapists, and advanced treatment options such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy when appropriate. Her goal is to create individualized care plans that promote both immediate symptom relief and sustainable long-term wellness.

She also has extensive experience supporting patients through life stages that uniquely influence mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.

Stephanie’s practice is affirming, inclusive, and centered on respect and trust. She is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming environment where every individual feels heard and supported.

Whether a patient is considering medication for the first time or fine-tuning an existing treatment plan, Stephanie works closely with them to achieve balance, stability, and a renewed sense of empowerment in their daily lives.
