We are pleased to offer therapy services, now available to our patients in Colorado Springs and Monument.

Therapy offers a multitude of benefits. At its core, therapy provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the guidance of a trained professional. Therapy empowers individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their triggers, and their patterns of thinking and behaving.

Our therapy services can help with underlying issues and unresolved conflicts, facilitate emotional healing, and foster psychological growth. This transformative process not only enhances mental and emotional well-being but also paves the way for greater self-acceptance, authenticity, and fulfillment.

How Does Therapy Support Ketamine and TMS Therapy?

Ketamine and TMS are interventional psychiatric treatments that address the physical symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. They work by introducing physical changes in the brain and body that overcome depression. Therapy addresses the emotional “human” side of mental health and works by helping patients process thoughts and feelings to achieve healthier, more productive thoughts and emotions.

Our team recommends therapy before, during, or after ketamine and TMS treatment to extend the treatment benefit. Your insurance may require a certain number of therapy sessions prior to approving TMS treatment. We can help you meet this requirement.

The progress made in therapy supports the progress made in ketamine or TMS, and vice-versa. Together, they can help you achieve the positive mental health you desire.
